| To get the most out of your Zoll AED Plus choose the one-piece design of the CPR-D Pad. Most AEDs require the correct placement of two electrodes. Zoll's one-piece preconnected electrode virtually eliminates rescuer confusion by using the simplest landmark available for CPR hand placement: the "sternum between the nipples." A sensor on the CPR-D pad tracks the rescuer's compression depth and rate as soon as CPR begins. The electrode comes complete with rescue essentials and tamper-evident seals, and it lasts four years - the longest shelf life of any electrode by far.
